Simultaneously, a company created and implemented an HACCP system, referent aliment security. We are now working to certify this system, according to the norm NP EN ISO 22000:2008.
Besides the norms stated above, our goal is to obtain the IDI certification for the company, as a proof of our continuous efforts in innovation and development.

Quality Systems Management
With the following two objectives in mind – focus on the client and internal organization - the company initiated, in 2000, the process of certification, according to the norm NP EN 9001:2000. At that moment, like in previous situations, we were, in a way, pioneers, by being one of the first wine companies to implement a system following this referential. This work has been recognized through the certification of our Quality Management System in 2002, but above all it was recognized by ourselves and our customers, regarding the continuous improvement of our services and products.Simultaneously, a company created and implemented an HACCP system, referent aliment security.
